The place is quiet, the staff are genuinely helpful.

They offer impressive, tastefully decorated rooms with the master bedroom, dresser, luxurious furnishings. The location is absolutely fabulous in a really comfortable area, not far from many shops as well as restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The location is absolutely fabulous, close to the center of town. Will be back if we go to Ruidoso.

The hotel has a unique charm with a serene courtyard with a fire pit and BBQ grills, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Each unit, such as the one-bedroom apartments, offers a view of the adjacent river, letting in a peaceful sound of water that enhances the tranquil atmosphere.

During my visit, the kitchen wasn't fully stocked with basic items, which complicated meal prep. A few essentials, like spices or cleaning supplies, were missing that could have made cooking a bit more convenient. Some units lacked soundproofing, allowing noise from neighbors to seep through, which could disrupt your peace, especially at night.

Loved gathering around the BBQ/fire pit area for nice family moments. The unique décor in our condo was nice, while the friendly maintenance staff kept the grounds fine. Tip, Don't miss the amazing view of deer near the stream!

Our condo was super cozy, perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while listening to the soothing sound of the river-it was like a peaceful escape! Plus, we loved the freedom of having a fully stocked kitchen to whip up our favorite meals together!

The condo was great with its cozy atmosphere, beautiful landscaping, and proximity to midtown shops. I loved the wildlife along the river and the well-equipped kitchen for cooking.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, air conditioning, and the shared kitchen. The staff helped me find parking on my first stay, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday! I'm coming back soon.

fine riverside views and easy access to parks

We really enjoyed our spacious one-bedroom unit with a fantastic patio view, just over a kilometer away, and the beautiful Two Rivers Ruidoso River Park, a lovely walk just over two kilometers from the resort. If you're a couple looking to escape and enjoy some city strolling, this place is definitely a great choice.

Great place for families

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a lovely view of the river. It was really nice to have a fully stocked kitchen for family meals and a big balcony to enjoy the evenings together.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, pretty reasonable for what we got.

Amazing wildlife and cozy amenities

The space was well-equipped with a full kitchen, great to prepare meals comfortably, and the living area was great. Watching elk and deer around the hotel was a good surprise. The noise from nearby trash pickup in the early morning was a little disruptive.

We stayed for 2 nights in a two-bedroom place. Loved the size and the comfy facilities in the room. The courtyard was super nice at night by the firepit, but the mattresses were a bit rough-one was too hard, and the other was all lumpy. The picnic area was a great spot to hang out too!

We loved relaxing by the babbling brook right outside our balcony and catching glimpses of elk nearby. The condo's decor was gorgeous and it had all the essentials for a cozy stay!

The room had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven, which I greatly enjoyed. We had a pretty nice bedroom and a full kitchen. - the hotel is located centrally on Main Road.
